Building CRM knowledge and earn credentials
Welcome back!
This week I decided to gain more knowledge and build up my credentials. I did this with the online salesforce learning platform called Trailhead, and guess what it is completely free😀
There are plenty of courses on this platform, here's the link to the website:
down below are some of the courses I completed this week:
CRM Analytics
In this module I learned what Customer
Relationship Management (CRM) analytics is and also the features of CRM analytics.
CRM analytics is the first comprehensive artificial intelligence (AI) for CRM. It
is immersive, it asks critical questions and uses interactive analytics to
answer them with real-time metrics in order to drive businesses forward. With CRM
analytics everyone in an organization can have immediate access to critical and
secure data insights. Its self-service business intelligence doesn’t require
any more waiting on IT to wrangle data or create complex queries.
CRM analytics also comes with features
to help control data such as:
· Data management tools to clean up data
· Ability to receive predictions,
recommendations by using the transparent and easy interface.
Joined Report
In this module I learned how to create
a joined report in salesforce and also how joined reports can help organizations
expand their view of their business.
Joined reports give a broad view
across different Salesforce objects or a side-by-side comparison of data under
different conditions.
Joined reports can use a mix of
standard and custom report types, report types can also be added to a joined
report if they have relationships with the same objects.
Translating Unstructured
Data into Valuable Insights
To do this we had to use sentiment
analysis on salesforce. This helps detect customer emotions and it tags the
information for meaningful analysis.
Bucket Smarter
To bucket smarter, we used a system called Fuzzy Match. Fuzzy Match helps automatically handle spelling variations in data prep by creating differences in capitalization, pluralization, abbreviations, and regional variations such as ”behavior” and “behaviour'' create ambiguity about grouping the data
